Dr. Roy holds a Ph.D. in Folk-Lore from a prestigious Indian university and has dedicated his career to fostering excellence in education. Beyond his administrative responsibilities, Dr. Roy is a Chairman (Bengali Subject)–of the Council of Higher Secondary Education CHSE, Govt of Odisha, Bhubaneswar. He is also actively associated with UNESCO.
